Congratulations to Sebastian & Bailey who received prizes in the Kanturk Credit Union Art Competiton yesterday.
Sebastian's Art Work will be entered into the next round of the competition. Well done Boys!

Best of Luck to Dylan K in 3rd who will be singing at the weekend for an RTE Talent Show called "The Real Deal Talent Show" which will be broadcasted in January. Dylan has also qualified for the Munster Final of Teen Stars which takes place in January. Well done Dylan & Best of Luck. It's great to have such talent in St Colman's.
We have just completed Parent Teacher Meetings. We found these to be a very positive experience. Thank you all so much for attending. If you need to meet the teacher again at any time please do not hesitate to ring the office to make an appointment.
All the boys throughout the school are busy working on their Energy Poster Competition. This competition was organised by our Green School's Competition. Best of Luck to everybody!   
The 2nd Class boys went to a Football Blitz to Banteer yesterday. It was a first for these boys and they had great fun. Thanks to the two 6th Class boys - Conan & Brian who helped to referee. 
We received great news this morning that we have 2 prize winners in the Credit Union Art Competition. Sebastion 6th won his category and Bailey 1st received a special merit award in his caregory. Well done Boys. The Prize Giving Ceremony will be held in the Credit Union on the 29th of November. 
Last week was National Library Week & 2nd, 3rd & 6th went to visit our local library and change our books. What a terrific service to have in our community!
