Today 1st & 2nd went Bowling at Planet, Cork. A free Bowling Session was offered to each school to celebrate 150 years Bowling in Ireland. This session was raffled between the rooms and 1st & 2nd won! They had a great time. Afterwards they went to Mc Donalds.
 Congratulations to Conor Breen who went as far as Round 4 in the County Spelling Bee Final. We were very proud of him. Well done Conor! 3rd to 6th Classes yesterday joined the Girl's School for Confessions in the Church.
Congratulations to our 2nd Class Boys who received their First Confession tonight.They have been practising hard all week and learning all about the Good Shepherd and his lost sheep. Well done Boys!
 Tim Browne Today 3rd & 4th Class were entertained by Tagdh De Brúin with music & dance in the library.As part of Seachtain na Gaeilge Tagdh played some traditional Irish music and spoke cúpla focail Gaeilge to the boys.  We would like to wish all our MOTHERS a very Happy Mother's Day. Thank You for your continued support.  "Mommy, I love you The Boys are delighted to see their Art Work all over the town. Sebastian Sarna 4th Lucziano O' Sullivan 5th Ronan Linehan 5th  All Classes visited the Book Fair today. The Book Fair is currently happening in the Convent Primary School. Many boys bought books, posters and stationery.
 Congratulations to Conor Breen in 6th, who is St Colman's very first Spelling Bee Champion. Conor will go and represent our School in the County Final in Cork on the 14th of March. Well done Conor!  |
