 4th, 5th & 6th went Carol Singing in O' Brien Street on Wednesday. This is an annual fundraising event for us. This year they chose to fundraise for Marymount Hospice. After Christmas we will be donating €500 to Marymount Hospice. Well done boys & to all who supported us.    1st, 2nd & 3rd went to the Panto in the Everyman on Wednesday. They went to see Little Red Riding Hood & had a wonderful time.    Well done to Jack & Dylan in 6th & Laurynas in 5th whose stories were chosen by the readers of the 100 Word Challenge & Star Writing as the BEST in the world in December. Their stories can be read HERE.      Well done to our 1st Class boys who did a terrific job acting out the Christmas Pageant during our Christmas Mass.    Our 5th & 6th Class were invited to sing carols & play tunes outside the AIB bank today. They did very well and were rewarded with taytoes & sweets afterwards.   We had a wonderful 11 weeks David Beckham. With Coach Beckham the boys sampled Knockout Basketball, Football Rounders, Tennis Rounders, Soccer & Dodgeball. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the fun & games.    We were delighted today to be singing with the Gospel Choir. It was a huge honour for us and it really kick started our Festive Season. Thanks to all the children who turned up on the day & a huge thank you to all the parents and friends that supported us.    The boys are working very hard getting ready for the Carol Singing with the Gospel Choir. We think that we have our BEST choir ever! We are also practising our Music. Well done boys for the huge effort being made.   |
