Dear Parents and Boys,
It’s very hard to believe that we are entering the last few days of the school term and what an unprecedented time it has been but my goodness did you rise to the challenge. The boys have been absolutely fantastic!!
Thank you to all for returning the rental books on Friday .
I hope everyone in the family enjoyed our Virtual Active Home/School’s Week and took part in some old and new activities. I received some lovely videos and photographs of skills, games and challenges. Well done!
I am not sending out a plan of work this week but I am asking the boys to complete any unfinished work ( e.g. New Wave Mental Maths) and I will also put a variety of fun end of year activities on Seesaw.
My subscription to PM books will continue for a while so please encourage your child to continue reading these or other books .
Second class are invited to participate in a zoom meeting tomorrow Monday at noon. Hopefully the boys will enjoy seeing each other and sharing some stories. Could those boys please have a sheet of paper, pencil and a dice(if possible) ready
The 6th class graduation mass takes place on Tuesday at 10am. If anyone would like to join please go to https://www.churchservices.tv/kanturk.
Wishing you all a good week,
Dear Parents and Boys,
It’s hard to believe it’s our last day of this very unusual school year. I would sincerely like to thank you, the Parents, for your wonderful cooperation and support at all times but especially during the last few months. You encouraged your children to do their best and their best was fantastic.
The boys must also be commended for adapting to a new way of learning, away from their friends and classroom. Hopefully things will be back to normal in September.
I wish each and every one of you a wonderful, safe summer holidays .
