Dear Parents,
I hope you and all your families had a lovely bank holiday weekend, enjoying the glorious sunshine. I am delighted with the support of you parents and the great efforts of your children every week. The boys have been working hard revising key Maths concepts on the IXL website each week. I can see how well they are doing. I have highlighted new tasks this week that I hope the boys will practise. Also the boys’ engagement with the PM ebooks has been wonderful. Let’s keep it up!
Thanks to everyone who emailed work samples last week. This week as we start SEESAW you can use that if you wish to take a photograph or even a video of your child’s work. I will send your login details for SEESAW in the next email . Please login to SEESAW every day to check for activities. I understand that devices have to be shared so, as with all the schoolwork ,do what you can.
A special congratulations to Fionn (2nd) who wrote a lovely letter to the Taoiseach and received a reply from the man himself. Also a big congratulations to Alex (1st) who entered the Kids Model Boat competition and his design is now up on their Youtube channel. All this great work and more is on our class blog for you to view.
I will attach a letter for second class parents from Bishop Crean regarding receiving the sacraments .
